Our Classic Cyclone 16 Gallon Gutter Vacuum, 28ft Aluminum Poles, Pole Bag, and 25ft Hose kit is designed to tackle any high reach cleaning challenge safely and with ease. At the center of this kit is our 16 Gallon Classic Cyclone Gutter Wet & Dry Vacuum, equipped with three powerful 1200 Watt motors and a durable 16-gallon stainless steel tank. Moving around on the job site is a breeze thanks to its heavy-duty steel frame cart equipped with locking casters and rubber cushioned wheels. The tank and cart are equipped with a drain tube and tipping bracket for hassle-free emptying. It's important to note that this 240V vacuum requires a gas-powered generator with a minimum of 6500 Watts peak and a 30 Amp electrical source, due to its specific power requirements.
The 16 Gallon Classic Cyclone comes with our lightweight 28ft aluminum pole kit. The poles are made from aerospace aluminum and come with metal quick-release clamps for easy assembly. A set of versatile attachments and silicone adapters come with the poles to provide everything you need to reach your gutters. The poles come with a durable storage and transport bag that can fit the entire pole kit and additional accessories, ensuring everything you need is organized and within reach. The double-wall construction and abrasion-resistant material make it resilient and long-lasting. We have included our Classic Cyclone 2" Wide, 25-Foot Long Wire Reinforced Hose to add additional reach on big jobs. Frequently Asked Questions
We do not ship our gutter vacuums outside the continental United States. If you are interested in purchasing one of our systems, you will need to make arrangements with a port forwarder.
Because we ship our systems via LTL we are unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii. You will need to make arrangements with a port forwarder in the Continental US that would be able to forward shipment to your location.
All gutter vacuum kits or orders weighing 150 lbs. or greater, will be shipped on a pallet via a third-party freight provider. Once your order has been picked up, we will send you an email with the freight line details and PRO (tracking) number.
While our freight providers do their best to deliver orders as quickly as possible, especially when/if a customer needs an order immediately, there is no guarantee of delivery. We strongly urge customers to place orders in advance to increase the likelihood of receipt on a desired delivery date.
Additional Freight Shipping Notes: Delivery agent will contact the customer to schedule delivery appointment.
All shipments are valid for one customer, to one location, in the continental United States.
All freight orders are shipped to the customer’s location on a lift gate truck with Curbside Delivery service. Deliveries are made to the shipping address specified by the customer on their order. Please let us know if you do not need a lift gate prior to shipment.
Customers are strongly advised to compare delivery against bill of lading and inspect all packages for visible damage. Damaged packaging and/or merchandise MUST be noted as “DAMAGED” on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.
The customer is responsible for unwrapping the pallet and moving packages inside their residence or to a dry secure location.
In the event the customer is unavailable during delivery attempt, and the order becomes undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any/all additional shipping and handling fees.
Smaller parts and accessory items are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Items usually ship within two business days and we forward your tracking information via email once your item is in transit.
Sales tax is charged for items shipping to California, Kentucky and Washington.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, or is missing parts, please email service@gutterprovac.com within 7 days of receipt with a description and photos of the damage. Unfortunately, packages can be damaged during the shipping process after leaving the warehouse. If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts, if possible, or ship out a new one at our discretion and completely at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) for concealed damage even if you do not plan on using it immediately and always keep all packaging until you are satisfied with your item.
Please DO NOT refuse any shipments as this limits our options in getting you a perfect item. Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible but expect them to take 1 week to be received. Please email service@GutterProVac.com with your needs.
